Penelope Pumpkins started in the skin biz as a feature dancer, one half of the strip-club duo 'Fire and Ice.' Using the name Blake Winters, she teamed up with gal pal 'Tiffany Summers' to craft one of the most unique acts on the scene. They hired a dance teacher and costume designer and within six months were touring the country with their fantasy-fueled act. Rave reviews and large crowds followed the pair where ever they went, but after 2 1/2 years on the strip-club circuit, Tiffany had had enough. She left the act, forcing Penelope to come up with a new angle. During her 'Fire and Ice' years, Penelope Pumpkins had started getting the breast enhancements that give her her ultra-busty frame. Her agent recognized that she could make even more money as a big-boobed magazine model than as one half of a dance team. He came up with the name Penelope Pumpkins and started lining her up for nude photo shoots. She continued to tour the country as a feature dancer, and within a couple of years it became clear that in order to get any bigger, Penelope Pumpkins would have to make the leap into porn. She did so in 1997.
